Registration for returning players for the 2010-2011 Stony PlainMinor Hockey Season will be occuring shortly. Registration for returning players will be mailed out this week, June 7th. If you have additional questions, please e-mail the

Registration form Please note: This form applies to new registrants of SPMHA only. In addition you are requested to complete a
Parent Declaration form indicating your permanent residence is within the SPMHA Boundaries.
A Registration Form will be considered
complete if enclosed with the following:
- Payment of hockey fees prior to September 1, 2010;
- 2 deposit cheques of $75.00 each, post-dated for January 1, 2011;
- Signed Parent Code of Conduct;
- Copy of the birth certificate;
- All mandatory fields on the registration form are completed.
If a subsidy or a 3rd Party will be paying a portion or the totalamount of the fees, please send a note detailing all information forpayment, along with an email address that you can be reached at. Thistype of payment MUST be approved by the Registrar in writing prior tosending the Registration form back, and the registration will not becomplete until approval has been given.
Special arrangements forpayment of fees can be made with the Registrar, but they must be donein writing and a written confirmation returned to be valid. If fees arenot paid in full or arrangements have not been made with the Registrar,the player will not be assigned to a team.
